US UKRAINE FOUNDATION
Dedicated to all Americans and their allies for their support and to the valor and dignity of Ukrainians
Look at the faces of these brave people who, from being fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, became in one instant warriors and heroes that lost their lives in this war with an insane aggressor!
Feeling the suffering of my country being destroyed in these dramatic times, I envision its healing and regeneration starting with the very fundaments that a society should stand on, education. With the desire to shape Ukraine’s future, I created this Foundation to enable anyone to participate in giving educational opportunities to the young people who lost their families in the war.
Funds will be raised in the US and the UK by donations from companies, foundations, and individuals. The educational institutions will be colleges, universities, and academies in the US, the EU, the UK, and Canada. We will initially select 50 to 100 candidates followed by 100 to 500 more.
My program is designed to run for 10 years. All student files will be updated every 3 months, and each donor will receive information about the students and their results. The Foundation team will oversee all aspects of the educational process from the first consultations until each student graduates.
I am a 59-year-old Ukrainian citizen. I lived and studied in Ukraine and travelled extensively to Africa, mainly Namibia and Democratic Republic of the Congo, where I launched my first humanitarian projects.
I plan to devote my lifetime to this humanitarian project as my contribution to the cause of Ukraine’s rebuilding and prosperity!

- Oleg Uruskyi, Ukrainian citizen, my colleague and very close friend from the Kyiv Cadet Military School, former Vice Prime Minister, former Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine, and former head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine

- Vladimir Lemberg, US citizen, a talented Silicon Valley scientist whom I met 7 years ago. He will help establish the first contacts for the Foundation's tasks in California. He has always been caring and supportive of young enthusiasts of science projects in Ukraine.Thank you for your participation.
